DARROCH: Elizabeth "Beth" Anne Darroch. September 26, 1958 - July 24, 2011. The happy little girl we knew growing up in "Old St. Vital", surrounded by truly loving parents, family and friends, has been called away to a place where blessings will be hers. Beth grew up on Victoria Crescent with her loving parents until her mother's passing. At that time she took up residence at St. Amant, spending weekends and holidays at home with her devoted father. Later, Beth moved to Portage La Prairie, Ninette and finally to her "home away from home" at 10 Neepawa Drive in Brandon. Beth is survived by her sister Pat (Doug); brother Herb (Janet); nephew Tyler; nieces Lauren and Lisa; aunts Pauline and Muriel; cousins Lynn (Jeff), Norm, Neil, Rob (Eadie), Gail (Irv), Kay, Vernon (Linda), Linda (Ron), Norm, Gar (Anne) and Susan (Scott) and numerous extended cousins. Beth was predeceased by her beloved mother Muriel and dear father Herbert; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A truly heartfelt thank you to everyone involved over the years with Beth's care at 10 Neepawa Drive. Special thanks to Tracy, Brenda, Karen and the team at her home and the day service. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North. The Ven. Noah Njegovan will officiate. Should friends wish, in lieu of flowers, donations in Beth's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
