WOJCICHOWSKY: On June 13, 1999, Effie Wojcichowsky of Brandon, passed away peacefully at the age of 79 years after a lengthy illness. Effie is survived by her four children: son, Roman (Barb) and their children Darin and Shaun of Carstairs, AB; daughter, Lesia (Jim) Palko and their children Christopher and Michael of Calgary, AB; son, John of Portage la Prairie; and daughter, Darleen (Roger) Reid and their children Aaron, Allison and Elisabeth of Calgary, AB. Effie was predeceased by her husband Walter. A service was held at the Rideau Park Personal Care Home in Brandon on Friday, June 18, 1999. Jeanette Van Heyst officiated. Interment followed at Hillside Cemetery, Portage la Prairie, MB.
