CURTIS: Edward "Ed" Albert Curtis passed away suddenly at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on Wednesday, December 5, 2007. The Ceremony to Celebrate Ed's Life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Laird Russell-Yearwood of Central United Church will officiate. A private family interment will take place in the Brandon Cemetery. CURTIS: It is with deep remorse that the family of Edward "Ed" Albert Curtis, announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Ed was born on June 24, 1933 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, son of Irene and Albert Curtis. He married his childhood sweetheart, Dorothy on June 7, 1958. Together they raised two daughters: Mavis (Norm) Morrissette of Winnipeg, and Donna (Alf) Zdebiak of Brandon. Ed's greatest joy was his grandchildren: Candace, Erin, Brian, Renie, Chris and Sarah and his great grandson Ethan. He will be missed by his sister Joan Finch of Orilla, Ontario, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ed enjoyed being involved with the Army and Navy. He also loved spending time with his family and watching sports.
