KAYTOR: The death Ellen Edith Kaytor, of Brandon, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, August 27, 2007. The Funeral Ceremony will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Friday, August 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Shannon McCarthy of Central United Church will officiate. KAYTOR: The death Edith Ellen Kaytor, of Brandon, occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, August 27, 2007. Ellen was born in the Brandon General Hospital on April 18th, 1928 daughter of Edith and John Fardoe. She lived the early part of her life in Little Souris, where she attended school. She lived life as a nurturer and caregiver, raising her children and foster children, working on the farm and being a loving and devoted wife to husband George Kaytor. Ellen was creative in terms of visual arts and crafts, and was also gifted in the kitchen baking and cooking. Throughout her life she had ailments and obstacles, and although she was dealt a difficult hand, it did not stop her from being loving and affectionate to those close to her. Ellen is survived by her children; Michael Kaytor, Sharon Kaytor and Anthony "Tony" (Miriam) Kaytor. She also leaves grandchildren, Tim Dagg, Selena, Jasmine and Elijah Kaytor. A brother, Bill (Anne) Fardoe and a sister-in-law, Beryl Fardoe also survive. Ellen was predeceased by; her husband George, a son, Robert and a brother, Cecil Fardoe.
