On Tuesday, February 7, 2017, "Ed" Adolph Michael Kotyk, of Brandon, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Born August 14, 1927 on the farm in Oakburn, Ed farmed throughout his life until 1984. Ed is survived by his wife Joyce of 45 years; daughter Robin (Nicolas); grandchildren Drake and Julia of Maple Ridge BC; brother Alex (Emily) of Oakburn, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father John, mother Mary Osadec, brothers Frank, Paul, Carl, Joe, Lloyd, Lionel and sister Jane. The Funeral Service took place at Memories Chapel on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Arlene Robertson officiated. A reception followed at Memories Chapel. Interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Ed may be made to a charity of choice.
