Dorothy May Higgins passed away at Central Park Lodge on Thursday, January 21, 1999. Dorothy was born in Brandon on October 14, 1915, daughter of the late, John and Daisy Cooper. She is survived by her son, Gordon Jamieson of Swift Current, Saskatchewan and daughters; Ruth Stewart and Frances (Larry) Wilson of Brandon. There are seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mrs. Higgins was predeceased by her first husband Gordon Jamieson and her second husband Jim Higgins and also by a son, Jerry Jamieson. Following cremation a graveside ceremony will be held at the Brandon cemetery on Saturday, January 23, 1999 at 1:30 pm. Mona Franklin will officiate. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends who wish may make a contribution in memory of Dorothy to the Central Park Lodge, 3015 Victoria Avenue, Brandon, R7A 2K3 or to a charity of choice.
