Donna Marie Jane Quinn

To borrow a thought from a dear family member, "another piece of our heart has been taken from us"

 Donna Marie Jane Quinn, age 89, of Brandon, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Donna was born on February 10, 1937, in Melita, Manitoba. She will be remembered for her warm, outgoing personality and her positive attitude that brightened the lives of those around her. Donna had a deep love for dancing and cherished spending time socializing with family and friends. She also enjoyed playing cards, creating many fond memories and laughter with those she loved.

Donna is lovingly remembered by her children: Kelly (Cathy), Linda (Greg), Valerie (Robert) and Gary (Faye); sister-in-law Sandra; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her loving husband James; parents William and Pearl Mason; parents-in-law Phil and Mima Quinn; grandson Ryan; brother Cecil; and sisters Gert, Yvonne, Joyce and Margaret.

As per Donna's wishes, a private ceremony will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the hospital staff and the countless others who helped care for Donna over the past few months. 

Donna will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
