Wright: David Lorne Wright passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, March 4, 2005, at the age of 91 years. He was born and raised at Isabella, Manitoba. He worked the family farm until 1972. He was an active community member of the school board and the rink. He was also an elder of the Isabella United Church and participated in all church activities. Upon leaving the farm, he moved to Toronto, and then returned to Winnipeg. He retired to Brandon in 1981. He leaves to mourn his wife of 63 years, Beatrice, daughter, Jeanette (Gerald) Jackson of Onanole, daughter, Lorna Black of Brandon, son David (Dawn) of Winnipeg. Grandchildren Rick Hyndman (great-granddaughter Ashley) of Irricana, Alberta, Wendy (Neil) Rudiger (great-grandchildren Ryland and Nicholas) of Calgary, Alberta, Jamie Black and Joan (Chris Hayden) Black (great-grandson Cole) of Brandon. According to Lorne's wishes, a private graveside service will be held at Isabella at a later date.
