CARVILL: The death of David Carvill of Brandon occurred in the city on Wednesday, October 16, 2013. David is survived by his brother, Mark Carvill (Laurel Henderson) and their children; Jasmine, Drake and Kennedy. A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
