Daniel "Danny" Bryan passed away with family by his side on Sunday, March 23, 2025,
(age 66) at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.
Danny was born on March 7, 1959, to parents Thomas and Doreen in McCreary, MB.
Danny began square dancing in 2011 with the Brandon Circle 8s and was a proud and honorable member of the Hamiota and Brookdale clubs. Through dancing, he made many cherished friendships, truly living the motto: "Friendships set to music." His passion for square dancing took him to various locations, including Manitou Beach, Regina, Grand Forks, and Winnipeg, where he enjoyed the camaraderie and joy of the dance.
For over 30 years, Danny worked as a school bus driver with the Rolling River School Division, beginning in 1993. He often reflected on the unique experience of transporting children whose parents he had also driven years before. His career brought him many memorable and special moments.
Danny also had a deep love for the outdoors. He founded Bluebird Yard and Garden Service, taking great pride in his work, enjoying the fresh air, and working with equipment. He found joy in creating well-maintained spaces and appreciated a job well done.
Above all, Danny was a devoted family man who treasured attending his grandchildren's events, from soccer games to music concerts. He loved camping, spending time outdoors, and simply being with those he loved.
His family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate "Angels" of the A3 Palliative Ward for their kindness and care, going above and beyond to ensure his comfort.
Danny is survived by his loving wife of 44.5 years, Elaine; daughters Katherine (Cory), grandchildren Chyanne, Brock; Amanda (Chad), grandchildren Myla, Calista, and Ryleigh; siblings Ruth (Glenn), Esther, Steve, Larry (Cheryl), and Patrick (Sandy); in-laws Donna, Linda (Ken); and many cherished nieces and nephews.
