Obituary

Colleen Fay Trollope, known affectionately as "Chewy," passed away on June 27, 2024, in Brandon, Manitoba, at the age of 57 after a short fight with Cancer. She was surrounded by her loved ones at the time she passed.

Born on May 2, 1967, in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, to Elaine and the late Lionel Hardy, Colleen grew up in a loving family and carried that warmth into all her relationships.

Chewy was a person of immense kindness and generosity, always putting others before herself. Her big heart and loving nature were evident to all who knew her, making her a loving wife and mother cherished by all.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Trollope; son, Trace Trollope his wife, Marisa and granddaughter Mila; daughter, Brittney Trollope; mother, Elaine Hardy; brother, Leighton Hardy and his wife, Tammy; nephews, Logan, Colton, and Keigan Hardy; brother-in-law, Brian Trollope his wife Sheri, nephew Dylan, niece Sabrina, and many beloved household pets. She was preceded in death by her father, Lionel Hardy, and mother-in-law, Shirley Trollope.

Colleen's family and friends will deeply miss her caring spirit and her unwavering support. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to influence and inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with. The service to remember and celebrate Colleen's Life will be held on the 12th of July 2024, at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, Brandon, Manitoba, 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to honour her life can make a donation in her name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 55 St Clair Ave. West, Suite 300 Toronto, ON M4V 2Y7
