Some of the organizations she belonged to included ACW, Mission Curling Club, Comet Club, Cancer Society, and she was also a member of the Mardi Club and Crib Club at Monterey Estates, in Brandon, Manitoba. She was very artistic and left her creative touch where ever she went. She sketched many a beautiful picture. She was a avid gardener and won many curling trophies over the years. She was an amazing cook and delighted many of us with her culinary skills. Emily was an inspiration to all as she battled cancer with perpetual optimism, courage and grace.
