Charles Ronald "Chuck" Teale
1976 – 2025
Charles Ronald Teale, known fondly as "Chuck," passed away in Brandon, Manitoba on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the age of 48.
Born in Lahr, Germany on December 7, 1976, Chuck spent most of his life in Brandon, where he built deep roots and lasting connections.
In his early years, Chuck was an avid athlete who especially loved hockey. He was known for his skill on the ice and for having an exceptional shot especially with a shotgun. His charisma, energy, and sense of humor made him a friend to many and a bright presence in every room he entered.
Chuck attended Valleyview Elementary School, continued through to RiverHeights for junior high, and graduated from Vincent Massey High School. He later earned his Nursing certificate from Assiniboine Community College (ACC).
A true jack of all trades, Chuck worked in many fields over the years but found his primary calling in construction. His work brought him into contact with countless people, and he was known for forging strong friendships wherever he went.
Following his father Don's example, Chuck was a proud member of the Brandon Wildlife Association. He was also active in various volunteer and community organizations, always eager to lend a hand where needed.
Chuck had a deep love of the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were lifelong passions, and he cherished time spent in nature. He also enjoyed baseball, sports of all kinds, and sharing trivia nights with his friends. His easygoing spirit and fun-loving personality made him a cherished companion throughout his life.
Chuck will be deeply missed by his mother, Carol Teale; his children, Ethan and Willow Teale; his former wife, Kortney Teale; his brother, Jason Teale, and sister-in-law, Jinny Teale.
Chuck was predeceased by his father, Don Teale, in 2020.
The family will cherish his memory privately.
