Charles "Hendry" Smith died peacefully at the Assiniboine Centre on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Hendry was born on March 25, 1935.
Hendry is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Heather; children David (Kim), Jennifer (Garnet Bartel), Philip (Tila), Richard, and Elizabeth (Chris McCoy); brother McGee; sister-in-law Lindee.
A Celebration of Hendry's life will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Church, 401 1st Street. Reception to follow at Lions Manor.
