It is with heavy hearts and unimaginable sadness that Val, Amy, Teresa, Charli and extended family announce Cec's passing at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, December 10, 2023, after a brief illness.

A Celebration of Cec's life will take place at a later date. Complete obituary and service details will follow.
