Cecelia Brown, age 86 years, of the Canupawakpa Dakota Nation passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at the Virden Health Centre. Cecelia will be lovingly remembered by her sons Raymond, Wilson, Glen and Ernest; daughters Eva, Bertha, Doreen and Marina; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Kimmy, and daughters Viola and Marilyn. Traditional Wake will be held at Canupawakpa Community Complex on Monday, December 27, 2021 beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Canupawakpa Community Complex on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Canupawakpa Roman Catholic Cemetery.
