With sad and heavy hearts, the family of Catherine "Cathy" Patricia Mullens (nee Forke), age 65, announces her passing on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.

Born on June 19, 1960 in Souris, Manitoba, Cathy was raised in Pipestone, Manitoba.
Following her high school graduation in 1978, Cathy moved to Brandon, looking to start a new life. Being a simple, down-to-earth individual, Cathy worked well with people which was evident in her time as a Hairdresser and also with her last workplace, the Clarion Hotel.

A natural gift for crafting, Cathy found happiness in paint-by-numbers, ceramic painting, knitting, and bead work. Her handcrafted pieces were not only hobbies but heartfelt expressions of her creativity. Cathy adored cartoons and animations being an avid collector and also had a love for cooking.
Her warmth and kindness were shared with those she knew and those she didn't know, donating to charities at the store check-outs and her grandkids school fundraisers.

Family and friends brought Cathy endless joy and laughter. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her husband Roy, sons Klayton (Cara), Adam (Dixie), grandsons Konnor, Lukas and Levi and all those who knew her.

Cathy was predeceased by her mother Ethel Forke, sister Barb and many aunts and uncles.
The family will cherish her memory privately.
