COWE: Carol Gae Cowe passed away peacefully with family by her bedside at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Friday, November 1, 2013 at the age of 57 years. She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband Neil, her mother Peggy Vallance, sister Patti Rawlinson, brother Richard (Lorrie) and her niece Jenny. A kind and generous person of quiet disposition and great integrity, Carol will be missed by all who knew her. She and Neil enjoyed their international travels including their winter retreats to Arizona following her retirement from the Brandon Research Station. Summers were spent, amongst friends, at their Shoal Lake cottage. The Service to Celebrate Carol's life was held at Memories Chapel on Thursday, November 7, 2013 with Rev. Fr. Chad McCharles of St. George's Anglican Church officiated. A private interment followed in the family plot at the Hamiota cemetery.
