RANKIN: The sudden passing of Bruce Whiting Rankin occurred in the city of Brandon, Wednesday, December 22, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Velma; children, Donna (John) Sargent, Linda (Kenneth) McLaughlin, Elaine (Danny) Bryan and five grandchildren. The Memorial Service will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Barb Jardine will officiate. Interment will follow at a later date.
