BONNIE JEAN GREENOUGH
(nee WEDGEWOOD)
February 16, 1951 - April 10, 2013

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Bonnie Greenough at her home in Brandon, MB on April 10, 2013 at the age of 62.
Bonnie will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Jenny McKee and Angie Greenough (Graeme), her grandchildren Ariana and Ian, her mother Margaret Wedgewood, and her siblings Doug (Cynthia), Betty (Terry), Jim (Michelle), Shirley (Bob), Steve, Roger (Fiona), Frank (Tammy) and Margaret (Al), as well as many nieces and nephews Jane, Jim, Zeb, Steve, Dave, Melissa, Kate, Kelly, Savannah and Rory. She was predeceased by her father Frank Wedgewood and sister-in-law Helen Wedgewood.
Bonnie was born in Virden, Manitoba on February 16, 1951. She was an air force brat and lived in many places throughout her youth, finally settling in Rivers, Manitoba. In the early 1970s and after completing high school, Bonnie moved to Trenton, Ontario where she married and where her two daughters were born. In 1997, Bonnie returned to Manitoba and lived close to her family of origin for the remainder of her life.
Bonnie will be remembered as a kind, loving, caring and generous soul. She held a special place in her heart for children - her children, grandchildren and all of her nieces and nephews.
Funeral service took place at Memories Chapel on Friday April 19, 2013 with Reverend Walter Gibbons officiating. Interment followed at Brandon Cemetery. Friends and family were invited to attend the luncheon at the ANAF, Unit #10, 31 – 14th Street, Brandon (downstairs).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bonnie's memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association (Manitoba Division), 23-12th Street, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 4L6.
