SHOEMAKER: It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Bernice Shoemaker, who passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Bernice was predeceased by her husband Robert John and son David. She will be sadly missed by daughters Jo-Anne Birnie, Adele Attridge and Tanis Mitchell, sons Darwin and Spencer, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The Celebration of Bernice's Life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Glenn Ball officiating. A reception will follow at Memories Chapel.
