EVANONKI: Beatrice Emily "Bea" Evanonki (Melcosky) passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at the age of 60 years. Bea was born at Sandy Lake, Manitoba on September 29, 1946 to William and Reo Melcosky. Bea made many special friends throughout the years through her many workplaces including Crockery Restaurant, Burger King, Brackenberry's and Christie's School Supply and through the love of gardening. Her love and strength came from many supports in her life, which helped her through this journey. Bea will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years, Don; daughter Traci (Dwayne) Gaucher, granddaughter Jocelyn; daughter Suzanne (Brian) Atkinson, grandson Michael. She is also survived by her mother Reo Clarke; brother Dave Melcosky (Jacqueline Lawford), Jacqueline's children Jessica, Kaitlyn, Zachary Lawford and one sister Alice deDelley. Bea was predeceased by her brothers Johnnie and Ivan and her father William. The Ceremony to Celebrate Bea's Life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North, on Monday, July 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Joanne Biggs, Chaplain will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brandon Cemetery.
