WHITE: Barbara White was born on November 1, 1958, passed away on April 24, 2006 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Barbara will be greatly missed by her two sons Jason and Landen White; mother Mabel White; sister Bev (Jim) Mckay and nephews Ryan, Trent, and Scott Mckay. She was predeceased by her father Ken White. Barbara initially took training as a hairdresser, later began her career in psychiatric nursing. She worked many wonderful years at the BMHC on the adolescent ward before becoming ill in 1990. She very much enjoyed gardening, decorating and traveling. The Graveside Service was held on May 1, 2006 at The Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Barb may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 2B7.
