Annette Adela Phillips-Harley

It is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life beautifully lived that we announce the peaceful passing of Annette Phillips Harley on September 20, 2026, at the age of 93.

Born on the family farm in Saskatchewan. Annette lived a life rich in love, family, faith, friendship, and cherished memories. She had a special gift for making everyone feel welcome, included, and valued.

She treasured summers at the lake, enjoyed going for a cookie at Tim Hortons, and valued the fellowship and friendships she shared with her church family. Above all, she loved her family deeply and took great pride in the lives of those she held dear.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Diane; her grandchildren, Nicole, Tracee (Paul), Chris, and Jodi; and her great-grandchildren, Tommy, Taylor, and Carter. Her memories will also live on in the hearts of her nieces, nephew, cousins and the people whose lives she touched.

Annette was predeceased by her parents Hugo Arthur and Martha Pahkala and her brother Ken (Norma) beloved husbands, Tom Phillips and Don Harley, and her son, Tom.

Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing that Annette lived a full and meaningful life. She was our anchor in the storm, our gathering place, and a constant reminder of what it means to love and be loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th at 2:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church - 3101 Victoria Ave, Brandon MB R7B 3P3. A reception will follow at the church following the interment. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable life of a woman who brought so much love and kindness to those around her.
