For years she canvassed door to door for various charities, visited the sick and housebound, was involved in the church, and worked at a wide variety of jobs. She loved doing needlepoint, crocheting and knitting. Some of her most enjoyable memories were of travelling to Europe, cruising the Bahamas and visiting relatives across Canada with Charlie. Anne always was a very social person, interested in people and their families. Right up until her death, Anne was making new friends and enjoyed talking to people. The family would like to acknowledge the staff of the 3rd floor at the Assiniboine Centre for their wonderful care of Mom.
