Obituary

ROSS: Alexander Graham Ross, beloved husband of Bernice, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 8, 2005 at the age of 29 years. Alex was predeceased by his grandparents, Ruby and Eldon Graham and Alex Ross. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Bernice; parents, Jerry and Marilyn Ross; sisters, Maggie Ross (Ethan McMonagle) and Alison (Andrew) Kennedy, Colin and Faith. He will also be missed by his grandmother, Myrtle Ross; mother-in-law, Laura Guiboche; brother-in-law, Daniel (Gina) Guiboche, Tyson and Tannis (Burton) Blacksmith, Danette and Daniel; sisters-in-law, Isabel Guiboche (Paula Clark), and Patsy (Michael) Kutzner, Stephanie, Michael and Mikele; godson, Drae; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Alex was very creative and enjoyed music and drawing, and was an avid "King Pedro" player. He loved spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews. His kind and generous nature and unique sense of humour will be greatly missed by all who knew him. As well as being a beautiful and loving wife, Bernice helped Alex find his faith in God, and this faith became an important part of his life. A wake will be held in the Grand Rapids R.C. Hall beginning Wednesday, May 11, 2005. The Service to Celebrate Alex's Life will be held at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 3319 Park Avenue, Brandon on Friday, May 13, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Pastor Daniel Guiboche will officiate. Interment will follow in the Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Alex to the Manitoba Epilepsy Association Inc., 825 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3A 1M5.
