ARAMINI: The death of Aldo Aramini, beloved husband of Tammy and dear father of Aaron, Brendyn and Caelan occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, October 8, 2008. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North on Friday, October 10, 2008 from 6:30 pm. - 8:30 pm. Ceremony of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Memories Chapel on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 1:30 pm. Celebrant will be Fr. Dominic Yuen from St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church. ARAMINI: After a very short hospital stay, Aldo Aramini entered to rest on October 8, 2008, with his wife at his side. He leaves to mourn: his wife, Tammy; sons, Aaron, Brendyn and Caelan; mother, Maria; sisters, Santina (Mark) and Doreen (Mike) of Guelph, Ontario and brother Leo and Robin of Milton, ON. He also leaves his mother-in-law, Betty Lamont of Brandon and numerous nieces and nephews and one great nephew. Aldo was predeceased by, his father, Gaetano in 1995. Aldo was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on December 17, 1958. His parents came to Canada in 1959 to Guelph, Ontario where Aldo was raised. He moved to Manitoba in 1979 and in 1980 met his future soul mate, Tammy. They worked various bars together and Aldo made many friends. In 1984, their first son, Aaron was born. To make a better life for his family, Aldo joined the C.P. Rail in 1986, where lots of traveling took him away from home. But his weekends were devoted to his family. He enjoyed many sports. He was involved in baseball, bowling and really enjoyed playing darts and floor hockey. In 1990, Aldo and Tammy were blessed with another son, Brendyn. They finally married on September 3, 1994 and finished their family with son, Caelan . At the time of his passing, Aldo was still employed with C.P. Rail, still thinking of others first and still saying, "It'll be OK". A time of visitation was held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th Street North and following cremation, the Ceremony of Christian Burial was celebrated at Memories Chapel on Saturday, October 11, 2008. Celebrant was Fr. Dominic Yuen of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church. Urn bearer was brother, Leo Aramini. Interment followed in the Brandon Cemetery.
