CRAWFORD: Jessie Isabelle Crawford, in her 98th year, passed away at her residence, Fairview Personal Care Home, on Saturday, January 16, 2016 with family by her side. She will be laid to rest with her late husband Robert James during a private family service to take place at a later date.
